The donut with raspberries and currants is a simple dessert to make and good to be enjoyed both as a breakfast and as a snack.
This lactose-free version is suitable for those who are lactose intolerant. It is also soft and delicate because no eggs have been used and therefore also suitable for those who follow a vegan diet.
Now let's move on to what ingredients are used and how the preparation takes place.

Ingredients
for 6 people
- 320 grams of flour 00
- 340 ml of water
- 250 grams of white sugar
- 90 ml of seed oil
- 1 sachet of yeast
To decorate
- powdered sugar or icing
- raspberries
- currant
Preparation
- Take a bowl and pour in the warmed water and sugar.
- After mixing well, add the seed oil.
- Mix and add the previously sifted flour.
- After mixing, being careful not to form lumps, add the yeast.
- Once you have a homogeneous mixture, take a pan for donut.
- Flour and pour the dough inside.
- Bake at 180 degrees for about 60 minutes.
- Before taking out of the oven, insert a toothpick into the dough and if the toothpick you are going to remove remains clean, it means that the donut is ready.
- Remove from the oven and let cool.
- Sprinkle the donut with powdered sugar or if you prefer with a glaze.
- Decorated with raspberries and currants.
- Now you can enjoy this excellent dessert.
